Everett, Washington
Population for Zip Code 98201: 30301 This part of Everett represents the older part of town and includes downtown. While many of homes are of lower price, this is also where there are some awesome historical homes with views of the Port of Everett, Puget Sound and the Olympic Range. The sunsets are spectacular! Population for Zip Code 98203: 31825 This part of town is just south of downtown. It includes the historical section of Lowell with the great views of the Snohomish Valley and sunrises over the Cascades and goes west towards Mukilteo. In fact, some of the western parts of this area have the great Puget Sound views, sunsets and the Olympic Range. Population for Zip Code 98204: 31501 This is the southwest part of Everett. Parts of it touch Mukilteo and Lynnwood. Homes in this area are generally from the 1960's and all the way to new construction. Many of the older homes have the bigger lots some of which, of course, have sold off portions for the new plats. Population for Zip Code 98205: 17510 98205 is across the trestle and is tucked into areas that are next to Lake Stevens. This is the north-eastern most part of Everett. There is a love-hate in regards to the trestle. I find that if you don't get caught in the Boeing traffic snag between 2:30 and 5:30, you're doing fine. Population for Zip Code 98208: 44974 This area is the southeastern part of Everett. It includes the Everett Mall area and Silver Lake and heads east to Snohomish zip codes. These areas include newer homes and platted neighborhoods. It also butts against Mill Creek.

Home of the Alderwood Mall which is constantly evolving as a mega shopping center, Lynnwood is fairly young compared to Everett. Homes here are mostly 1950's through the 1970's all the way to brand new construction. It is closer to Seattle.

At last mention, Marysville is also home to the largest high school in Washington.

Arlington has an old town feel to it yet it has a hospital unlike Marysville.
