Welcome to your information page for Western Washington. Washington lies in the upper northwest corner of the continental USA. We're blessed having the Pacific Ocean on one side and our friendly Canadian neighbors to the north. Whether it's fishing, hiking, sports, culture, we've almost got it all.
Our sun rises over the Cascade range and sets reflected in Puget Sound as it goes down over the Olympic range. If you want to experience awesome views, take a trip through the San Juans to Victoria via the Washington state ferry or the Victoria Clipper. We have a lot of trees, hence the nickname, the Evergreen State. I feel we live in one of the best spots in the US!
We love our sports here. Washington is home to the Seattle Seahawks, the (next year can only be better) Seattle Mariners, Super Sonics and WNBA Champions Storm! Everett supports the Aquasox, one of the Seattle Mariner farm teams along with our Hockey team, the Silver tips!
Snohomish County residents are a bit more laid back than the Seattle or Belleuve-ites. Getting dressed for a special dinner is not out of the question but most of us ask......why? Just kidding.
Folks here either work for Boeing in one of several plants scattered in Western Washington, Microsoft or one of the support companies. Hewlett Packard is here along with Kimberly Clark.
My goal is to collect all the relevant sites that pertain to our area. Come back and check back often and please feel free to suggest one!
